purescale.online is published by Multi.kuk.shop s.r.o., Nýdecká 446, Letňany, 199 00 Praha 9, Czech Republic, company registration 29790824, contactable at info@purescale.online. Reading the site means you accept these terms.
What the site is
It is a free, informational workbook about online PC games, written for general readers in Australia. It is published as general information only.
It is not professional advice of any kind — not legal, financial, consumer, medical or security advice — and it is no substitute for advice from someone who knows your circumstances. It is not accredited training: there is no sign-up, no assessment, no certificate and no record of completion. It is also not technical support, and we are not an authorised support channel for any publisher.
Accuracy and change
The course is reviewed on a schedule described on the About page, but products in this category change constantly. Requirements, prices, store contents, account settings, classification decisions and terms of service are altered by the people who publish them, often without notice.
Whatever this site says about a product, the vendor's own current pages are the authority. Treat any conflict between the two as resolved in the vendor's favour, and tell us at info@purescale.online if something here is out of date.
Links to other websites
This site links to other organisations' websites, including Australian government bodies and a vendor's own site reached through a paid affiliate link. Those sites are outside our control. We do not operate them, do not endorse their content by linking to them, and are not responsible for what they contain. Each has its own terms and privacy policy.

Trade marks
All brand names on PureScale Online, World of Tanks among them, are the property of their owners. Except for the paid affiliate links described on our funding page, none of those owners is affiliated with PureScale Online, and none has endorsed or sponsored it.
Our own material
The text, checklists and design of this site belong to Multi.kuk.shop s.r.o. You are welcome to print the checklists and use them, including at work or in a classroom. Republishing substantial parts of the course elsewhere needs our permission, which you can ask for by email.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited to the extent the law allows — and because this site is supplied free of charge, that is in practice the resupply of the information.
Subject to that, Multi.kuk.shop s.r.o. is not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of the site, from reliance on general information published here, or from anything done by a third party whose site you reach through a link from here.
Misleading conduct
Under the Australian Consumer Law, misleading or deceptive conduct in trade or commerce is prohibited, and that obligation applies to us as the publisher of this site. If you believe anything here is misleading, we would rather hear about it directly, and you can also raise it with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.
Availability
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will be available without interruption, and we may change, move or remove pages. No account exists, so nothing of yours is lost when a page changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, where Multi.kuk.shop s.r.o. is established, and the courts there have jurisdiction. That choice does not displace the protections available to you as a consumer under Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law, where those protections apply to you.
Changes to these terms
Revised terms replace this page and carry a new effective date. The version in force is the one published here when you read the site.
