Affiliate Disclosure

Effective date: 9 October 2026

This site earns money in one way and one way only. This page explains exactly how, so that you can read the course knowing what sits behind it.

The arrangement in one paragraph

Multi.kuk.shop s.r.o. takes part in an affiliate programme for World of Tanks. Some links on this site lead to that vendor's own website. If you follow one and then create and activate an account there, the affiliate network that operates the link records the referral and pays Multi.kuk.shop s.r.o. a commission. That commission is paid by the vendor out of its own marketing budget.

What it costs you

Nothing. The commission is not added to anything you pay and does not change the terms you are offered. If you never follow one of these links, you still get the entire course: nothing here is hidden, gated or withheld, and there is no account to create in any case.

Where the affiliate links appear

• On the home page, in the section explaining why one product is named in the course.
• Once near the end of each of the five step pages, in the short part of each step that deals with the product used as the course's example.
• On the Privacy Policy page, in the passage explaining what happens when you follow such a link.
• On this page, below.

Every one carries a line beside it saying that it is a paid affiliate link. They are ordinary links: the vendor's address appears in your browser's status bar on hover, they carry the sponsored and nofollow attributes that search engines use to identify paid links, and they open in a new tab. There is no redirect of our own in between and no script rewriting the destination.

There are no affiliate links in the checklists. The checklists are the part you take away and use, and they should work for any product.

What the commission does not decide

It does not decide what the course says. The hardware step sits second — before any account is created — precisely because it is the step most likely to end the exercise. A course built to produce sign-ups would not be ordered that way.

It does not decide what we claim about the product. Everything stated here about World of Tanks comes from what the affiliate programme publishes to us: an online multiplayer tank action game of team battles, with graphics produced by the Core engine, destructible scenery, thirty maps remade in high definition and a new soundtrack, on Windows, macOS and Linux. Price, in-game purchases, classification, refund terms and security settings have not been published to us, so we say nothing about them and show you how to look them up instead.

It does not buy a recommendation. We publish no reviews, scores or comparisons, run no tests and quote no benchmarks, so there is nothing of that kind for a commission to influence.

What does decide the content

Three things. What a beginner needs in order to decide, which is why each step ends in a checklist rather than a link. What Australian public bodies publish, which is why the Classification Board, the ACCC, the eSafety Commissioner, the Australian Cyber Security Centre, Scamwatch and the OAIC are cited where relevant. And honesty about the limits of what we know, which is why "the vendor does not state this" appears in several places where a less careful site would have guessed.

The editorial method on our About page sets out how the course was structured, which sources each step relies on, and how often the whole thing is reviewed.

The one commercial relationship we have

One product is named in the course, and it is one we have a commercial relationship with. We would rather say that plainly than imply the choice of example was arrived at independently. The example illustrates general points, every general point stands without it, and Step 5 explicitly includes deciding against online gaming altogether as an outcome.

We are not paid by any other company. There is no sponsored content, no paid placement, no advertising, and no arrangement under which anyone has approved what is written here before publication.

Trade marks

All brand names on PureScale Online, World of Tanks among them, are the property of their owners. Except for the paid affiliate links described on our funding page, none of those owners is affiliated with PureScale Online, and none has endorsed or sponsored it.

This site is not an official site, an authorised reseller, a partner or an approved information source for any game publisher. A brand name appears because the course is describing that product, not because the product has anything to do with who we are.

Questions

If anything on this page is unclear, or if you think a link anywhere on the site is not labelled as plainly as it should be, write to info@purescale.online and we will fix it.
