What we can help with

• Corrections. If a sentence on any page is wrong, out of date or unclear, tell us the page and the sentence.
• Questions about how the course is written, reviewed or funded.
• Questions about what this site does with data — although the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy answer most of them already.
• Requests to access or correct personal information we hold about you, which in practice means the content of emails you have sent us.

What we cannot help with

• Anything to do with a game account. We are not a publisher, not a reseller and not an authorised support channel for any game. We cannot recover accounts, reverse purchases, lift suspensions or pass messages to a vendor.
• Technical support for your computer. We cannot see your machine and will not guess at hardware faults.
• Individual advice on whether a particular game suits a particular person. The course gives you the method; the judgement is yours.
• Legal or financial advice. Where a question is really about your rights, the Australian bodies linked throughout the course are the right place, and the Terms and Conditions explain the limits of what this site is.
